EA Development focuses on residential and mixed-use real estate projects, combining land development, property investment and income-generating commercial units with a long-term asset ownership approach.
Renewable Energy — Hydro & Solar
EA Energy develops and manages renewable energy opportunities across solar and hydro. The platform includes 1.4 MW operational solar capacity in Čojlia, Petrovec, and a 1 MW hydro project under development at Vratnička Reka / Jegunovce.
Distribution & Consumer Brands
EA Brands manages consumer brand distribution and commercial channels, including exclusive Caffitaly representation and the development of coffee-related retail, office and HoReCa channels.
Agribusiness
EA Agrar represents the Group's agribusiness direction, focused on agricultural production opportunities, land utilization and food-sector supply chain development.
Outdoor Advertising
Screen Media is the Group's outdoor advertising platform, built around approximately 500 billboard and media locations that provide visibility infrastructure across key urban and roadside positions.
Media & Communication Platforms
EA Media Group supports the Group's wider communication, media development and content distribution direction, complementing Screen Media's outdoor advertising infrastructure.
