About EA Group
Founder-led. Family-owned.Built for continuity.
In 1978, the Ademi family started a business in North Macedonia. Not a holding group — just a family, working. Over the decades that followed, that business expanded, evolved and diversified. What began as execution became ownership. What began as one company became seven.
EA Group is the holding structure we built. Seven operating companies across infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, media, distribution and agribusiness — each with a defined mandate, each run by people who built it.
We are not a fund. We are not managed by a committee. We are a family business that happens to operate at scale — and we make decisions accordingly: long-term, asset-backed, with continuity at the centre.

The origin story
From execution to ownership.
"We spent a decade building for others. Then we started building for ourselves."
Eurovia — the company that became EACOM — was not started as an investment vehicle. It was a civil engineering business, built to win contracts and deliver projects. For over a decade, the Group's primary activity was execution: roads, earthworks, industrial construction, large-scale civil projects across North Macedonia.
That execution track record did two things. It generated the capital and credibility to invest. And it gave the Group deep, first-hand knowledge of the assets they were building for others.
The transition to ownership began in 2008 with ScreenMedia, continued with EA Development's first real estate project in 2018, and accelerated with EA Energy in 2019. Each new business was built around owning and operating an asset — not just providing a service.
Today, EACOM still executes — but now as the Group's industrial arm, deploying a 150+ machine fleet on projects across the Balkans, while the rest of the Group holds and manages the asset base that execution built.

Operating Philosophy
How we operate.
Own, don't just operate
Every division is structured around asset ownership — machinery, land, real estate, energy infrastructure and media assets. Operating revenues are supported by an underlying balance sheet of tangible assets.
Long cycles, not short exits
As a family-owned group, we make decisions on ten and twenty-year horizons. We do not optimise for quarterly performance or short-term exits. Our capital is patient by design.
Execution credibility first
EA Group built its reputation through decades of delivering on the ground. That credibility — earned in construction, energy and development — is the foundation for every new investment.
Concentrated in the Western Balkans
We invest where we have deep knowledge, long relationships and genuine edge. North Macedonia and the broader Western Balkans is our home market — not a market of last resort.
