Elmedin Ademi founded his first company, ScreenMedia, in 2008 at the age of 20, entering the outdoor advertising sector with a long-term entrepreneurial vision and a strong focus on asset creation.

What began as a single business venture gradually evolved into a diversified group of companies operating across multiple sectors of the economy. Over the past two decades, Ademi has led the development of businesses involved in infrastructure construction, public works, property development, renewable energy, media assets, distribution platforms and strategic investments.
