In 1978, the Ademi family started a business in North Macedonia. Not a holding group — just a family, working. Over the decades that followed, that business expanded, evolved and diversified.
What began as execution became ownership. What began as one company became seven. The people who built the assets still run them today — and decisions are still made the way a family makes them: for the long term.

Business Development
Leads new market entry, strategic partnerships and investment pipeline development across the Western Balkans.
